Efficient and Versatile Oil Transfer

With adjustable pump ratios and compatibility for a range of oil types, these air operated pumps ensure optimal fluid delivery for both industrial lubrication and oil transfer. Simply connect to standard drums and utilize pneumatic power for continuous, high-output operation while keeping noise levels below 80 dB.

Built for Industrial Demands

Constructed of mild steel and designed specifically for bulk handling, the pumps withstand demanding working conditions. Corrosion resistance and minimal maintenance fulfill the requirements for reliability, making them ideal for both drum mounted and wall mounted installations in factories and workshops.

FAQ's of Air Operated Oil Ratio Pumps:

Q: How does the Air Operated Oil Ratio Pump operate without electrical power?

A: The pump uses compressed air as its sole power source, eliminating the need for electrical connections or motors. This pneumatic operation ensures safe performance in hazardous environments and makes the pump suitable for locations where electrical power is impractical or restricted.

Q: What types of oil can be transferred using this pump?

A: This pump is compatible with a variety of oils including engine oil, hydraulic oil, and gear oil, provided their viscosity does not exceed SAE 240. It is well-suited for both lubrication and general oil transfer in industrial applications.

Q: When is it beneficial to choose a higher pump ratio model?

A: Selecting a higher ratio, such as 10:1, is advantageous when thicker oils or higher discharge pressures are needed. Conversely, lower ratios like 3:1 are ideal for faster dispensing of lighter oils. Opting for the right ratio depends on your viscosity and flow requirements.

Q: Where can these pumps be installed in an industrial facility?

A: The pump offers flexible mounting options and can be drum mounted directly onto standard 180-220 liter drums or wall mounted, depending on your workspace and operational setup. Its durable design enables installation in both warehouse and workshop environments.

Q: What maintenance is required for optimal performance?

A: Thanks to a low maintenance design and self-lubricating features, routine inspection for wear and periodic cleaning are typically sufficient. The absence of electrical and rotating parts further reduces servicing needs.

Q: What is the discharge rate and how does air pressure influence it?

A: The discharge rate can reach up to 15 liters per minute; the precise rate depends on the selected pump ratio and the air inlet pressure (recommended between 4 and 8 bar). Higher air pressure delivers increased flow, provided it remains within the pump's max working specifications.
