Air Operated Double Diaphragm Pumps


Double Diaphragm Pumps are designed for use in applications requiring large volume transfer in a short time

Driven by compressed air, these can transfer contaminated media & are very useful for cleaning out pits with mixed liquids such as oil, water etc.

Handle a wide variety of fluids with solid content as there are no close fitting or rotating parts

Self Priming

Pump is designed for high suction lift even at dry start up & also with heavier fluids

Ability to run dry, as there are no close fitting or sliding parts

Portable/Simple Installation

Simply connect air supply line & liquid line; pump is ready to perform

Explosion Proof

Safe pumps since they are operated by compressed air

No rotors, gears or pistons that wear over time, hence no decline in performance

All pump models are designed for use with an inlet air pressure of 20-100 PSI

  • Aluminium body with a Hytrel* diaphragm. These can be used for all high temperature applications
  • Polypropylene - body with
  • Santoprene Diaphragm - for use with abrasives, acids, caustic etc.
  • Teflon (PTFE) Diaphragm - for use with fluids such as solvents
